Auction Items/Donations Desired: (Ideas only, all donations & contacts appreciated).

  • Any local goods, services, restaurants, gift cards, event vouchers, sporting event tickets, and local guided events to promote community members.

  • Weekend Getaways to cabins or resorts.
     

Below are a few items that we would be grateful if a community member would sponsor for the Gala.   • $3600 - Food (225 seats x $16 per person)

  • $1500 - Drinks & beverages

  • $1250 - 360 photo booth

  • $400 - Plates/cups/paper products/flatware

  • $400 - Dessert (supplies for RCHS Culinary Program students to provide)

  • $300 - Table Centerpiece (supplies for RCHS Floral Design students to create)

 

 

$250 Showmanship

  •  Business name and logo (if provided) included in the slideshow at the start of the Gala.

  • Business name and logo displayed on official sponsor page of our website & facebook page with
    link to your company (if provided) through August of the following year.

  • Donation receipt (upon request) at the end of the year for tax deduction.

$500 Breed Champion

  • Same recognition as previous level, plus:

  • Up to Two Complimentary Tickets to the Gala (upon request).

  • Business name and logo (if provided) displaying Sponsorship with centerpiece on guest table.

 

$1,000 Reserve Grand Champion

  • Same recognition as previous level, plus:

  • Up to Four Complimentary Tickets to the Gala (upon request).

  • **Any additional tickets purchased in advance will all be reserved and seated together.**

  • Business name and logo (if provided) on ALL promotional Gala material.

  • Recognition by speaker as “Official Sponsor of” one Sequence of events announced at the Gala
    (Events randomly selected by Gala committee); ex silent auction, games, etc.

  • Business name and logo (if provided) displayed on the Red Carpet Sponsorship Board. This photo op will be placed at the Gala for all guests to take red carpet photos and share on their
    personal social media.

  • Vinyl banner with business’s name and logo (if provided). Banner will be displayed in the new state of the art RC FFA Agricultural Center through August of the following year for events such as our jackpot shows, FFA events held on campus, Annual Ag Days, etc.
